Cắt nhỏ chocolate đen cho vào thố sứ, thêm vào 250g kem vani (kem nhẹ), đem đun cách thủy cho chocolate đen tan chảy hoàn toàn là được.
Cho đường vào 200g kem whippng, dùng máy đánh trứng đánh bông lên.
Bánh bông lan cắt đôi theo chiều ngang, phết kem vừa đánh lên trên rồi ráp nửa bánh còn lại lên. Cho hỗn hợp chocolate vào túi bóp kem, tiến hành phủ 1 lớp đều lên toàn cái bánh. Sau đó dùng muỗng miết lên bánh để tạo hình vỏ cây.
Cuối cùng đặt cách loại trái cây ưa thích lên trên bánh nữa là hoàn tất. Vì đêm giáng sinh màu đỏ cũng là màu chủ đạo nên mình chọn những trái cây đỏ tươi như dâu tây, phúc bồn tử, ... thêm chút màu đỏ hoa hồng nữa.
